“Good teams become great ones when they sacrifice the ‘me’ for the ‘we.'” — Phil Jackson, renowned basketball coach

At Bowden House and Bowden Primary, our central ethos revolves around developing an atmosphere of common good and putting the team objective front and centre in every aspect of school life.

‘We Not Me’ simply asks that you consider what you could do every day that will encourage and develop others around you. It could be as simple as holding a door open for someone, showing kindness or sharing resources.

We consider ourselves one school at Bowden House and Bowden Primary and we believe that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
